"Start off by saying that the customer service was Excellent!!! Mike and his team showed up and installed my new system and at the same time made me feel comfortable at every second of this GREAT INSTALL!! At the end of all of this I had a few things to get tweaked out and Mike again was here with his team within the hours!! I would recommend ECONOMY TO ANYONE needling a new affordable system!!! "

"Economy Heating & Air was the third company I called this morning after our A/C stopped working yesterday. They were the only one wh could sen out a technician today. I spoke with Mike and he us scheduled for a service call between 2 and 5 PM. Anthony called me about 12:30 to tell me he was on his way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. He was at our home in less than that. I explained the symptoms we experienced and I must have done a good job as the first thing he checked was our capacitor. That was the main issue. He replaced our capacitor and then monitored the system performance to ensure the system was running correctly. He explained the freon was a little low, determined by the pressure and temperature readings on his service gauges. I wish I had a set of them when I was working as a licensed marine engineer back in the 70's and early 80's. He added about 1.2 pounds of freon and after being satisfied the system was working correctly, he went to his truck and wrote up our bill. It was another pleasant surprise. We will be calling Economy Heating & Air for all our A/C and heat pump issues in the future when they occur, not if. Mechanical equipment will always present issues, sooner or later. And knowing there is company like Economy to resolve those issues gives us peace of mind. We highly recommend Economy for your heating and air conditioning needs. "

"Called them Friday mid day, came out super fast to check out my issue. Gave me multiple resolutions. Never pushed me to make a certain decision, once I decided to purchase a brand new unit, they guided me on what was the best option for me. Had the unit delivered and installed Monday morning. Didn’t leave until I was satisfied with the job, also gave me a 10 yr warranty on everything. Complete peace of mind. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone with AC and Heating needs! "
